We offer a private holiday experience with just one holiday home on the premises for a calm and personal experience. We are based in Theddlethorpe Lincolnshire just a stones throw from an unspoiled blue flag beach. 

 

From your front lounge you can see your horses grazing happily opposite you in their large post and rail paddock with a shelter. We have lami safe paddocks available please let us know this will be needed when booking.

The accommodation is in a spacious static caravan consisting of a double and 2 twin rooms. We can cater for up to 6 horses at a time and 6 people

Small to medium dogs welcome for a small charge of £10 per night per dog.

 

We do not charge any more or less for school holidays or certain times of the year. Minimum stay of 2 nights.

 

Our prices are:

Up to 2 people 2 horses £150 per night

Up to 4 people 4 horses £200 per night

Up to 6 people 6 horses £250 per night

 

To make a booking we require the first night as payment up front and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the stay.

 

If you wish to pay in full at time of booking this is welcomed and will also grant you 5% off the total booking as you are saving us some admin time!
